Toddlers Program

Age 16m to 3

TSBC Childcare focuses on activities that promote their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development through play-based learning, including activities like sensory exploration, language development, basic self-care skills, and social interaction with peers, all while considering their unique developmental needs at this stage. 

  • Age-appropriate activities:

    Activities tailored to the fine motor skills and cognitive abilities of toddlers, such as building blocks, puzzles, finger painting, singing, story time, and simple counting exercises. 

  • Structured routines:

    Predictable daily schedules with designated times for meals, naps, outdoor play, and group activities to provide stability for young toddlers. 

  • Focus on language development:

    Encouraging communication through simple vocabulary, basic sign language, and conversation prompts. 

  • Social skills development:

    Facilitating opportunities for peer interaction through group play, sharing, and taking turns. 

  • Potty training support:

    Guidance and encouragement for toddlers who are ready to start potty training. 

  • Sensory experiences:

    Incorporating different textures, smells, and sounds to stimulate sensory development. 

  • Outdoor play:

    Regular access to outdoor spaces for gross motor skill development and exploration. 


Pre- kindergarten/ Preschool

Age 3 to 5

TSBC Childcare focuses on building a strong foundation for academic skills like early literacy and numeracy, alongside developing social-emotional competencies, all while preparing children for the transition to kindergarten through structured learning activities; this includes aspects like language development, basic math concepts, fine motor skills, social interaction, and self-regulation. 

  • Language development:

    Listening comprehension, vocabulary building, basic phonics, storytelling, and early reading skills. 

  • Math concepts:

    Counting, number recognition, simple addition and subtraction, shapes, patterns, and spatial awareness. 

  • Social-emotional skills:

    Sharing, taking turns, following directions, expressing feelings appropriately, conflict resolution, and building positive relationships with peers and teachers. 

  • Fine motor skills:

    Coloring, writing, cutting, pasting, using utensils, and manipulating small objects. 

  • Cognitive development:

    Problem-solving, critical thinking, curiosity, exploration, and asking questions. 

  • Science exploration:

    Simple science experiments, exploring nature, and learning about basic concepts like life cycles and weather.


School Age Program

Age 5 to 12

TSBC Childcare offer full-time care for young children, while afterschool programs offer supervision and enrichment activities for school-aged children after the school day ends.
